Initially it seemed like it would be a hassle but the folks here had my laptop.fixed in 24 hours and they were super nice about it. Everything was very convenient and I'll definitely go back if I need to (but hopefully I don't break anything else)

So the guy at the counter was nice, & knew what he was talking about, however, since they are kind-of one of the only places to get your electronics-phones, tablets ect fixed they can dominate your wallet. I'll just say that the price estimate I heard for the 2 customers prior to me, would of had me walking right back out the door. For some it may seem reasonable, but this place is not for me. I'll take my chances with a You Tube video and Ill order the parts myself, it wouldn't be the first time, & won't be the last.

Had a great experience! I was worried about a costly fix for my phone. But they found a small piece of plastic in the port for the charger. Removed at no charge. Phone now is working fine. Thanks so much!
