I made a spreadsheet of all the places in Pittsburgh which have units in the 15x20 range and this place had the best deal. Management keeps the facility clean, there are always enough carts, and and the people who work there are very friendly. Excellent location as well. Right in the heart of East Liberty which is close to pretty much everything in Pittsburgh.

Ms. Michelle is wonderful..every step of the way she was there to help me even when I wasn't in the same state Michelle is wonderful and because of her if I ever need storage in Pittsburgh I will be right back there with Michelle
