Had my first phone related mishap in over 12 years. Called uBreakiFix and they were able to replace the screen (glass, digitizer & OLED panel) in my Pixel 5 in about 2 hours. Looks brand new and they used OEM parts. Fast, friendly & reasonably priced for the excellent work done.

Made the trip there just so they could tell me the turnaround time for a diagnostic would be 3 days. The woman at the counter seemed terrified for some reason, didn't want to even look at my device, and was typing on a computer the whole time I was trying to talk to her. Very weird experience and I'm glad I decided not to get work done with them.

The phone number listed here is NOT this actual store, you will be unable to talk to the actual store. This wouldn't be all that important if the individuals on the phone were able to pass correct information, the store doesn't honor coupons given out from the individuals over the phone. The coupon was the make/break on doing the battery replacement my self. Unimpressed by the company. Know better in the future.

They replaced the back glass of a Galaxy note 10 in about 2 hours. They did such a fantastic job, It looks like new! The cost was $100 and that is a lot better than a new phone. They are Samsung and google certified technicians and they are very nice and helpful people.
