Taken company 2016 Ford Explorer for service. Very knowledgeable techs. Prices are high though. Competition ford dealers nearby have less labor rates. That’s why 4 stars

About $30 for the key. About $123 if you need the key and a remote. There would be an additional fee to program those if needed. Taxes would be extra. Hope that helps.
Should only if the air conditioning is on as it cycles on and off.
