Dropped off a screen around d April to have a piece of Plexiglass glass cut to fit its measurements and was told it would be about 2 weeks most likely sooner. We had that predicted 90 degree weekend and I was hoping to have this back in time to fit my portable AC in. I called about a week 1 1//2 week into it and asked if any chance it could be ready early and was told the cutter was out and not sure when it could be done but she would put my name at top of list so when he returns they work on it wright away. Now 3 weeks past 1 week past due date and way past what they had told me could possibly happen in terms of finishing the job. She was well aware I needed this ASAP instead she lectured me on how hot it was not suppose to be in our area.I had my partner call this time and again almost a month after dropping off a screen for a piece of plexiglass glass from a very large factory that should be able to turn out a piece like this in no time based on my research I did on their own company still had no idea of when the job would be done. I called back and canceled the order and told them I would be in to pick up my screen and get refund for deposit. Wouldn't you know within 10 minute they called back and could have it ready by Sat another 4 days. Needless to say I picked up my stuff and ran for the hills to a reputable, reliable company that worked to earn my business not waste my time and hold up my funds. What a shame and a waste of good land real-estate to have a terrible organization like this there. Thanks for nothing and have a great summer.
