Below one if I could. Made a one week confirmed car reservation online. Put my truck in the shop. When we got to Enterprise they told us they had no cars for us. When we asked if they were going to have a car today they said no. When we explained we had no way to get around and our reservation was confirmed...She used the F word to tell us to leave. Then she called the police. Trying to figure a way for transportation when the police showed up. Courtesy of the City of Yakima the police officer gave us a ride to the store, saving us the cost of one Uber ride. She told the officer to tell us that Enterprise would charge us with criminal treaspass if we ever return. Rest assured we will not!!

Had a little trouble renting a full size truck but Enterprise came thru and delivered. Set me up with a short bed initially then changed me over to a full size 1 ton to pick up my load and drive back to my final destination. Thank you to the Yakima Enterprise staff for all their efforts to satisfy my needs.

Loved the attention to detail and the friendliness and customer service. Also, once the staff realized we were in town and working for a local business, we were offered a rate that the business had worked out with Enterprise. This saved me over $500 (two cars) over two weeks.

I do not know I do not have one so I never have asked I suggest you call them up here locally in Yakimaand ask them they probably just have a surcharge and they probably would require a bigger car like an SUV Or you to have them in a cage like an air cargo animal transport container

Yes, Each Enterprise Branch has a Lost & Found. Call the branch to which your vehicle was returned.
