Purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator from this store and it was delivered 6/29/2021. It ne er got cold and all of my food ruined. I'm a disabled person and I contacted them and they came out to check it out and told me that they ha e to bring out another one. Today is 7/21/2021, and they delivered another Refrigerator. I've been having to eat what ever I can because I can't afford to eat out like that. This place doesn't care about the disabled. They told me that they would not reimburse me for my food that ruined because they sold me a defective Refrigerator. I have had to struggle trying to get food to eat, to no concern of theirs. They don't care about people, all they care about is money. Please don't waste your hard earned money with them

I did not end up buying anything from South Bay Appliance, but I have no doubt their customer service would be amazing if I did. I was looking for a replacement gas range for a unit in our apartment building. Unfortunately our building is in Los Feliz and was outside their delivery area. Clint was extremely helpful in guiding me to a closer appliance store that he knew would have what I was looking for. and did not rush to get off the phone with me once he knew I wasn't going to buy from them. Definitely would recommend them for anyone around the South Bay.

I cannot say enough good things about the stellar service provided by South Bay Appliance. When my microwave failed after the first service, the next visit was free. And I surely appreciated the discount offered when I needed service for the dishwasher. The service techs are professional, polite and take time to explain what they are doing and why. Then they go the extra mile by reviewing proper appliance operating procedures. I recommend you call South Bay when you need appliance repairs.
