This agency deserves no stars!!!NONE!!! I'm clearly very upset with Bertha. First of all she rushed the whole process and lied. So I went to the interview and they offered me the job. They wanted me to start the next day. I replied that still had two more interviews and waiting on a reply back from another company. So would get back to them on Monday. The agency told me that I needed to called them back on friday as soon as possible. Which I did not so they called me on Monday so eventually I said yes. First day on the job Bertha was sending me e-mails, texts and phone calls during my shift. She needed me to send her my license, social security number and finish my application. After two days on the job she calls me and sending me a text to call her back. Someone else answers the phone and tells me that the salary that was offered to me will be less. That the company wants to pay me a different salary. But eventually will pay me the salary that I was hired for. Depending on my performance and attendance. I know my rights!!! This is not what I signed up for. The agency should pay me what they promised me. Not waste my time and make up things. Please do not waste your time. Clearly I have done a mistake and well-learned.

After being called a liar at chartwell on carson i called the one in gardena still having hope to find a job they answer tell me there super busy that theyll call me later 2days pass and they finnaly call me. Its like y lie why just not be straight up and say u know what call back in 2days not will call u right back .. Chartwell was a goodstaffing dint know what happen cant even give a job right without lying

the agent there named Jonathan, didn't tell me enough about the job and claimed that "I wasn't listening". he shouldn't even be telling his clients that. he's disrespectful and will hang up on you if he doesn't want to talk to you anymore. he talks about other clients to other clients. I've experienced it first-hand. theres plenty of other agencies, don't go to this one.
