Only one employee to “help”. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and unable to offer any help with locating a package. Was told to call the 800 number but she wouldn’t give me the number and refused to find any other way of assisting me. Terrible service.

Get busy signal if you call local branch and or phone rings nonstop. Frequently does not scan dropped of packages, package should be delivered today and still I'm waiting for this branch to scan it. Probably a scam so they don't have to insure or refund priority mail delays because they'll argue it wasn't in their possession, doesn't want their branch looking bad on the computer. Well, get ready cause I'm lighting a fire with the higher ups after another week of sitting on Hold with USPS because of this branch.

Go to your local PO and ask for a form 3575 change of address, fill out then drop in the mail.

The best way is to call or write to the sender and tell them that the person no longer lives at this address. Most of them are on a mailing list which will automatically send it to your address. If they remove the person from the mailing list, you should not receive any more mail. Hope this helps
