By far the worst company to asked to have your car towed!!! Had a issues with two of my tired being flat called my AAA company in which they set up the tow, told me eta was 80 minutes cool no problem. 1 hour goes by and I have yet to get a text notification from AAA saying the driver was on the way, so I called AAA back and asked them to find out what was going on. When she contacted the towing company they yelled at the AAA agent and gave her a rude attitude it was so bad that the agent had to get her supervisor involved to do a complaint. AAA dispatch another tow company to come in which they finally did. Literally wasted half my day waited on a tow from Flacon towing in which they were only 1.5 miles away from my location.

I detailed my issue for appointment was due to the fact that my AC wasn’t blowing cold air and AC condenser fan was not engaging. I was quoted $195 for AC recharge and to diagnose why the fan was not engaging as well as running a diagnostic for the car. Next day I was informed that the Control panel needed to be replaced as well as the Compressor and the harness. Well the control had just been replaced and I’m pretty sure they had a way to check if the compressor was actually not working. I asked what the cost would be to repair and he said that “ the cost of repair would be over the value of the vehicle the technician didn’t think it was worth repairing” with that said I went down to pick up the car and was informed that “ based on the mileage of the car I probably need a oil change. But had they even bothered to check I just did a oil change & replaced the filter. “ all the hose probably needs to be changed” all the hose was just replaced as well as the gaskets. Furthermore the paper I got did not have any actual #’s to see weather the AC needed the recharge or not. And they forgot the put the cap back on guessing after they did the charge? Don’t know because no actual #’s on the paper to know weather they did or not. Because after the AAA discount I paid around $150 and absolutely not a single thing was changed. Exactly as when I took it in!! So I felt like I just got ripped off! No reason why my fan wasn’t coming on no way to know weather it’s been recharged because still no AC. Is it their job to tell you weather your car is not even worth their time or $ to repair? I thought taking the car in would give me a resolution to my issues and was not even a given a quote to get the resolution because they didn’t even bother to give an honest attempt to diagnose the problem. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend this place at all. This is just my experience that I am basing the review on.
