Falcon Auto Repair is a company to beat. It's a well organized business outfit. Totally satisfied. Mr. Craig is an excellent customer service manager. He meets you with smiles and motivation, the vehicle and repair cost not withstanding. Good job Craig.
I’ve been going to Falcon Auto for years now. I owned a Black Infiniti Fx35 and my daughter has a Infiniti M35. They have done great 👍🏾 work on both cars . They are reasonably priced especially with these 2 cars. The parts are not cheap. I especially like to deal with Craig. He’s very perfessional and he has a great personality. He calls back and follow up like says he will. I’m never guessing about what’s going on with my vehicles. They know my face around there. I can’t remeber her name but she’s the cashier. She’s awesome 👏🏾 as well. Great customer service. I send my friends and family here. My experience has been good with everyone but I do like just dealing with Craig. We never like the price of our repairs but what can you do?
The customer service is terrible.
I'm currently stranded because there customer service can't accept more than 1 person. I'm a female of brown skin highly targeted in a unsafe location in San Pedro awaiting for my arrival which unfortunately is my OH who rides along with my car until getting home for our other vehicle.
