Why do you carry a AAA contract when it's obvious you can't fulfill them in a timely manner? Why does this company lie about response times then solicit 5 star reviews?

Because they care only about money and nothing else. So greedy and money and power hungry they will do and say ANYTHING!

Obviously I can't answer for Falcon. I will say my 5-star review was of my own volition. I've never had an issue with company's response times. No one, NO one tells me how to vote/review.
