For this company my friend recommended to me that this company works very Professional, very fast and clean. I have installed security system from them in my office and home. The quality of their things was very good. Then I also contacted this company. The owner gave a very good answer and got my house inspected for free. Mani and his crew installed our cameras at multiple business locations over the years. Recently, he doesn't answer our calls or texts or emails for service. We simply want to get a technician out here to fix some of the cameras that are not working. Over the last 4 months - Mani said twice that he was out of the country/town and he would get somebody in but again it's been 4 months and he simply doesn't respond. He hangs up when he realizes it is our company calling. Not sure what the problem is - we've had good relationship with this service provider, it is very disappointing now to be left out in the cold when we need the cameras serviced. It is definitely not professional.
