Took my 2017 street glide to get an oil change they didn't know where the oil pan drain plug was located and drained my transmission by mistake. They made a phone call to someone who knew and proceeded to change the oil neglecting to refill the transmission fluid. I immediately start to feel 3rd gear jerking or slipping smh. Didn't take a chance going back there went straight to Harley dealer and was made aware I need a new transmission now no fluid inside the transmission. 1500 it cost me for a oil change at this place. I totally don't recommend this place.
