I called in the afternoon and spoke to Juan to tell him what I needed- to get a replacement clip installed on my Brompton electric battery which kept disengaging when I went over bumps. Had read an article about this defect and that Brompton was taking responsibility for fixing it. He was able to fit me in that afternoon and was very prompt in taking care of my needs when I arrived. I forgot to mention on the phone I had a stuck gear shifter. Couldn't shift gears. He was super kind to take care of that for me there and then. He showed me the problem- looked to me a part had broken and fallen off. Juan even adjusted my brake levers for me when I mentioned their positions were uncomfortable. The staff at Just Ride LA are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Visit them. You will be glad you did.

I had such a great experience buying my bike at Just Ride LA! Dan and his staff (special shout out to Juan) were so helpful. I had zero clue about what type of bike I wanted and they were able to give me all the information I needed to make the best choice. They had an amazing assortment of bikes and a great selection of accessories to choose from as well. If I ever need another bike, I'll be going back to Just Ride LA without a doubt!

I went in after getting a recommendation to check out this place from a random independent merchant in Santee Alley. After knowing what my spending limits for a bicycle were I was able to purchase a beautiful 21 speed Giant Roam bike. This fit my plans perfectly. And they even thru in a free kickstand and adjusted it to fit my height. After riding it around I have had several compliments and jealous remarks from other Road and Mountain bike enthusiasts. I feel that I got a great deal and made a good decision to enter this store.
