I just bought this Trek here , very happy with it . Nice customer service, nice store , an institution in the area . I usually go somewhere else but it is not my first time visiting iMartins and purchasing something . Excellent service, Friendly staff, My salesman, and service rap Ernesto Castro makes time for me when I have service related questions about my Trek DS4. The last time I was at I Martin's for my Trek DS4 tune-up I spend some time with Scott Macpherson store manager and world class cyclists who gave me really good tips and techniques on how to become a stronger cyclists. I Martin's is your one stop shop for sales, service, and parts. I highly recommend I Martin's and my experiences has always been positive.

I've been going to I Martin for at least 7 years now. Their repair shop is the only place in Mid-City area that I trust. The work is always excellent and the costs are reasonable. Their staff is patient and helpful always. As I think about it, their equipment is always of the best quality too (bought new tires here four years ago and still don't need replacing... and I bike everywhere, everyday).
