Great and organized bicycle repair and gear shop! I’m a new bike rider, and got a used bike recently that I want to get ready for regular commuting. The two people that were working were kind, and answered my questions. They gave me honest advice and looked at my bike even though it was close before closing. I've been looking for a reliable bike shop for years. LA Cyclery is finally it. The owner and her staff are always super nice and explain everything clearly. The work is quick and flawless. They're never out to gouge. In fact, there have been times I was unexpectedly charged way less than anywhere else charges. They offer community rides after the shop is closed. LA Cyclery is an all around excellent place to take any peddle powered bike (not sure if she works on e-bikes) for maintenance, an excellent local shop to buy high quality lights and helmets and other gear, and it's a group who fosters a wonderful and inclusive sense of community. One of the best shops in the city.

The best bike shop! The team behind LA Cyclery offer the best services for your everyday bike needs. Every time I have a question I am always given an extremely helpful answer. Most bike shops tend to be a bit hostile and shun newcomers (at least from my experience at other establishments) but here I was welcomed and encouraged to ride more and to engage in a community. If you need a place to go, look no further! The shop is located on sunset near two bus stops - the 2 and the 4.

No we do not carry any of those two brands. We have Continental, Maxxis, Schwalbe, Michelin, Panaracer, Goodyear, Vittoria and more.

Hi Janet the Versus tire brand is only sold directly to consumer which means you wont find them in any bike shop. You have to buy them online directly from the manufacturer. We have other options in the shop but not the Versus tire brand

Hello Al, the best way to know is if you bring it in. It might need a replacement rotor or just an adjustment but it's really hard to tell without looking at it
Hello Dany, we do carry tire sealant like Stan’s no tubes and Muc-Off and they’re both very similar to slime. We also offer installation if you want us to help you with that. Cheers!
