Bike Attack Playa has the best service business model that I've ever encountered. Their technicians are focused on getting you back on your bike as quickly as possible. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, and responsible. On separate occasions they have repaired flats, a bent crankshaft, and squeaking brakes on my Ebike and had me back on the road within hours. I'd never bring my bike anywhere else for service.

If you’re looking for a place to rent a mid-level road bike, I’d highly recommend these guys. Bike comes with your choice of pedals, helmet, and saddle bag (in case of flats). Great customer service!

Hi Kelly, beach cruisers are pretty rare to find during the pandemic but we have some single speed cruisers of various colors at Bike Attack Playa Vista. No Film director theme though. Can you come and see us? We are open every day 10-6 and are located off Jefferson Blvd in the outdoor mall RUNWAY adjacent Whole Foods. best Kitty
During the pandemic we only let a certain amount of customers inside our stores. In Playa Vista we have the front gates closed and let people in, one customer or family at a time, so we have enough room and space for them. In Santa Monica we close the front door and let only a couple of people in from the back door. One customer or family at a time. A staff member outside coordinates this. Our stores have very high ceilings that provide a lot of air flow. We all wear masks and our customers are required to wear them as well. We clean and sanitize the bikes and all surfaces including credit card terminals and provide hand sanitizer to our customers.
Hi Jen, we do not have any 2020 (and of course neither 2013) models available at the shop at the moment.
