Really bad experience—rode in for a few last-minute inner-tubes. The gentlemen were not able to give me the correct inner-tubes. I asked something like 5 times. They were in stock but they kept giving me the wrong items—everything except what I asked for—and telling me that they would work. Huh? Also a big mark-up to purchase the incorrect component.

I NEVER give reviews, but I am here to give a MONSTER shout out for my man, Manuel. He did the B afang e bike conversion for my Miata and 1300 miles later did an excellent job of changing my chain ring, chain, cassette, derailleur and gear shifter in just a few days to have her purring like new. He always polishes her and gives her back to me shiny and buffed up. I am very happy with his treatment of me and my bike.

what kind of bike shop doesn't carry bike side bags and messenger bags??!!.. also the short Latino man is very unfriendly and rude and zero percent interested in customers. i wonder if the owner, who was present on site, realizes his worker is turning away customers who might actually spend a few hundred or even a few thousand, dollars here..the owner seemed very friendly and helpful to a couple inside giving good advice on various bike issues. ill try back and give this place one more chance to earn my business.. but if i see this helper/assistant again I'm walking straight out!! there's 2 other bike shops downtown, i know they got workers who are simpatico (friendly, helpful).

This is 1 of 2 bicycle shops I visit when I need maintenance or products in the Downtown L.A. area. Andrew and Rodney are 2 very professional employees with great customer service. The shop itself is well lit up and organized. This is coming from someone who lives over 17 miles away who has closer bicycle shops nearby but not as good when it comes to the professionalism and customer service. Professionalism and good customer service over convenience for me when it comes to bicycles. 🚲
