I can’t recommend Spokes N Stuff highly enough. It’s the only place I take my bikes for maintenance. They care, they know what they’re doing, and don’t take a month to tune up your bike like some other bike shops. The shop is close to my parents’ house. I live 90 miles away, and it’s still my #1 choice.

Had a flat and needed it repaired the day of to commute the next day so I came here but they told me it would take a couple of hours cause the guy was on lunch and they'd give me a call when it was fixed. Ran some errands and never received a call so I showed up 5 hours later and told me they had just finished it 10 mins ago. The tire was flat in the morning! I took it to my regular place and they got it done in 15mins and showed me they didnt center the lining and found a piece of metal inside popping the tube. First and last time ever coming here.

At first I was apprehensive seeing all the bad reviews, but I live close by and I was going to have to walk my bike there so I decided to take a chance. I called them before I left, they answered the phone right away, told me I can come over and what they would charge. They were very nice they replaced the the tube and one of my wheels quickly and efficiently for a decent price and even fixed something on my handlebars. All in all it was a pretty satisfactory experience.
