I went in for a routine procedure with a three day stay. The hospital facility was absolutely awesome! All the surgical staff as well as the anesthesiologist were very professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable with my procedure. The anesthesiologist explained how anesthesia works and that was something I had never been told before so that was pretty amazing. My room was great as well as the nursing staff on the floor I was on. Everyone treated me so well and I definitely highly recommend Mercy Southwest for any of your needs, the food was even surprisingly very good. Everyone from the check-in security officer to the nurse and assistant that wheeled me out at the end of my stay were so very courteous and very nice. Definitely a five star plus rating from me.

Hi there,, I had surgery on the 3 of May this year an from the start of the day on surgery day I felt I was cared for all the way thru the prep of surgery an every one that I came in contact was caring to my needs an me I was nervous a but that's normal but comfy an well taken care of all the way to surgery then lites out lol an the after care was great also b cuz I wasn't stable for a while but I made it out of there to my room an also to all nurse I had until I was good to home, did a great job not one complaint!! Thk U to all keep up ur human kindness. there

I’d like to start off by saying this hospital is amazing and very well equipped, I came in contracting and was seen and put in a room within 10 minutes and from the time I was admitted till the time I left I was well taken care of. They did a great job of making sure that I was informed about the epidural and all the medicines I was going to be given and I wasn’t pressured into anything that I didn’t want.I was in labor for about 8 hours and they made sure to come check on me about every 30 minutes and when I pressed the call light for assistance they came within minutes. Finally when it came to me pushing they were so supportive and helpful and kept telling me I was doing a great job which really helped motivate me. I decided to breastfeed my soon and they gave me an abundance of print out Information on breastfeeding as well as numerous lactation consultant’s. After giving birth they made sure I had plenty of food and water and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. All the ladies and doctors were really nice and comforting. Overall this was the best birthing experience I had. Thankyou to all the staff for helping me feel welcomed.

I had knee replacement surgery and I was treated so good by everyone from the doctors, anesthesiologist, nurses and blood drawers. I have to have my other knee replacement and I would choose this hospital. Thank you for showing kindness.
