I loved the beach and the pirates tower! Its not crowded and waves are great. We parked on PCH and walked down the slope to this pretty beach! Had really difficult time finding the beach accessible path🙈

Very secluded, must park on PCH and walk in, but the beach is worth it. Lifeguard on duty. Can drop friends at bottom w beach gear. Pirate Tower is located here!

Beautiful for Photos by the princess tower, and Great at low tide! I saw a cluster of 7 starfish. It was very cool! Not a great place for kids. The water breaks are rough and the undertow is strong. Kids and Adults get beat up by the water. Parking is tough also. It's best for EARLY morning tide pools.

I loved the castle tower! Awesome place to take pictures and enjoy the beauty of nature. This is a hidden gem. Finding a parking spot can not be that easy but when going during slow season finding a good spot to park and a nice space to seat and enjoy the beach is quite easy. This is definitely going to be my to go place during summer. I recommend to come early and start till noon to enjoy the experience.

Victoria Beach Dog Friendly? Laguna Beach. Almost all of the city and county beaches in Laguna Beach are dog-friendly if you abide by the rules. Dogs are not allowed on the beachbetween 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. from June 15th through September 10th. At all other times they must be on a leash.

I would say on a leash. It is not specifically designated though about cats. Dogs must be on leashes. So cats would need to be also. If your cat doesn't like dogs I would not recommend taking it. Would be stressful. This is not a huge beach.
