These low star reviews seem to be from people/patients who don't fully understand the significance of the pandemic and how it impacts the medical community. This is happening all over the US, supply chain issues, increased stress and tension from this and general pandemic unknowns, new variants etc. I have had nothing but a great experience at this doctor's office, (I see Dr. Sanguedolce) he and the staff were very polite, professional, personable and thorough. We're all struggling one way or another these days, a little bit of patience and understanding will go a long way for not only yourself but others you interact with.

I had to revised from 3 to 1 star because this office is getting worse. I have been trying to reach them for the past three days via text, phone and through the page and still couldn't get hold of them. What kind of medical practice is that were patient can't reach their doctors? I just saw the response below that they don't have records of me in their data base. So sad that you had to use this generic response instead of taking responsibility and making access to doctors a lot easier for patients. The staff and PA’s are friendly but their response to massages are so terrible and sometimes don’t call back at all. I had to drive to their office to make my appointment.

One of the best primary care doctor’s offices in South OC that still takes a wide variety of insurances. Drs. Naylor and Bouvier have helped me through multiple health issues, the staff is friendly, and they get me the best referrals. The doctors here actually listen to you and take the time to understand your condition. In one instance, Dr. Naylor found just the right words to explain a balance issue that multiple specialists couldn’t figure out for years and was able to recommend the right kind of physical therapy for me as a result. This office is also very tech-savvy and responds to emails readily.
