I've been calling them to schedule an MRI for my mom, the extension to schedule an MRI never picks up the phone, I called 3 days in a row different times of the day and waited for the longest I could and left voice-mails which tells you their representatives will call you back within 24 hours and it NEVER happened! On the 4th day, I dialed 0 to talk to an operator and see if I'm doing something wrong and finally someone picked up the phone and told me they are short handed and doing their best!! Not sure how their best doesn't include picking up the phone for scheduling 4 days in a row!!!! This is not how patients should be treated at all.

MRI appointments are over two weeks out. That’s unacceptable when you have someone injured! Very disappointed

I'm not at all impressed. I have to go to this location because of metal implants I have. I went through three schedulers over the month it took me to get this appointment. After I finally got the appointment, I missed it because the brand new rookie scheduler told me the date correctly but gave me the wrong day of the week. Then they put me on endless hold to re-schedule and I just hung up in frustration. I just called and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they are all in a meeting, so, that seems to be their M.O. based on other reviews.

Staff has personality of dead houseplants. Took an hour after my arrival time to actually get me into the machine. I scheduled an appointment in the same medical center based on their insurance that we would be done on time. I had to reschedule my other appointment as I didn't even get out of the MRI center until 30 minutes after my appointment they said it was okay to schedule. Had to give two stars instead of one because it was clean and they had TVs to watch. Otherwise it would have been one star.

We do not have open MRI here. However, you can always ask your doctors to get some pre-medication to help with claustrophobic and that have helped a lot of patients.
