I placed an online order totalling $1100, 2 weeks ago. Elected for overnight shipping. They said processing time would be 3 days. After a week I began to email them asking the status as i hadnt heard anything. I sent them 3 emails, no response. I finally emailed saying I am calling Amex to get my money back. Then they began to respond. 3 days ago, and every day since they have PROMISED me my items would ship tomorrow. And yet I still havnt seen tracking or a ship confirmation. Going to have to call Amex and do this because these guys clearly have no intention of sending me my bottles after paying extra for expedited ship. DO NOT buy from here!

Wow Wow!!!! I placed an order today. They were so quick it was prepped for shipping when I discovered I needed an address change. I email my request and then called to confirm I talked with Tony the young lady in the back had taken care of it already!!! Truly impressed!!! This will be my go to for online orders for delivery of liquor for gifts I tried two other companies before. So trust this is the place. Very helpful and friendly staff!!! Thanks Tony!!!!

I've been a semi-frequent customer here for close to five years now, primarily for my special event purchases (and having a really good or really bad week qualifies for this guy). I've always wanted to leave a shining 5 star review, based simply on the beautiful selection and the staff's enthusiasm and hyper attention to detail. It's a terrible day when not one but TWO stars go down the drain for one simple reason: pricing practices. It's one thing to have inflated prices as a specialty destination, it's another thing entirely to charge up to twice the going rates of similar businesses WITHOUT ANY CONSISTENT LABELING. You're lucky if one in eight items has a price of any sort, so after spending 10-15 minutes deciding on the perfect flavors, you find out at checkout, with 3 people behind you, that you're spending $100, when you thought it was going to be $40, *maybe* $60. I never caught on simply because I had no frame of reference...I only bought unique and rare liquors you won't find at your grocery store. The "regular" liquors and beers are priced high, but not egregiously so, so I figured the same applied. The worst part was that when I realized just how egregious the pricing was, I went back and searched online locally for all those expensive bottles I had bought previously, and cried a little into my overpriced drink. Now it's salty and overpriced. In the end, the convenience does not justify the pricing practices, and I *really* wish that wasn't the case. I want to love this place... But they broke my heart when they broke my wallet.
