Even with a reserved appointment confirmed, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for them to see you. I think there is room for more efficiency here. Something is amiss for a facility to consistently operate so far behind schedule.

My advice- Make an appointment or plan on this taking a while. Or maybe both… I couldn’t make one because it was same day- but when I called ahead they said process would take 10-20 min. I thought if I got there right after their lunch I could get in and out. Came at 1:03 right after lunch (lunch 1230-100). Door was still locked so thought still at lunch. Others showed up after me and could not get in. For 10 min we all stood outside like idiots when the team was inside, they had just forgot to unlock the door. Only reason we got in is bc someone leaving opened the door, which caused me to lose my place in line (civilized society). Got checked in 2nd. 8 people, plus the one who cut in front of me, who checked in or came in after me were called back before me, only one had an appointment. I know this because they asked... I asked if I could come back bc i had another appointment and it had already been 45 min after I checked in. He acknowledged it was taking forever and asked to just give 10 more min. 20 min later I get called back. Whole experience took almost 90 min. The staff was nice enough and did apologize. The place is clean but is understaffed and I should have been called back in order, that just made no sense. And door should not be locked.. he even saw me open the door for several people trying to get in while I was at counter and finally asked “oh is the door locked?” But still never unlocked it.

I had struggled with having my blood drawn at my doctors office for some basic tests, so I was sent to Lab Corp to have them do it. I was nervous and scared since my blood draw at the doctors office had not gone well. At Lab Corp I worked with a wonderful phlebotomist named Amanda. She was kind and compassionate and made me feel much better about the whole situation. It took her less than 2 minutes to complete my blood draw, and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. Thank you so much Amanda you were absolutely incredible.

Do not go to this location. I drove here three times today. The first time they were not yet open despite hours listed online. Second time on an hour lunch break. Third time after checking in-I was told I could not be seen because of a conflict with the specimen collector cutting of times early today. Complete waste of time. Would have been worth it to drive to work cajón. The third visit they had me wait for thirty minutes before telling me I could not be seen.
