DO NOT GO HERE. LITERALLY 3 PEOPLE MYSELF INCLUDED ALL WALKED OUT OF THIS LOCATION FOR UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE. Rude and uncaring staff. If you make an appointment here after reading this review it's your own fault for what happens to you. They have this horrible waiting room with an even worse, completely broken kiosk that takes so long to load your information and check you in (5-10 minutes) that it said I was late for my appointment and didn't check me in, there's no staff around so you just sit there this is so HORRIBLE. When a staff member came out she had to deal with 4 peoples kiosk check ins messing up but most of them had all left. She told me that even though I was sitting there during my appointment because it messed up and they hadn't come out to check it was now passed my appointment time and I had to wait 4 more hours or leave. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience I've ever had at a medical building. This business shouldn't exist

incredibly slow customer service in person, absolutely no customer service to speak of if you call the phone number because there is no option to speak to a human being, and this location frequently sends lab results late or loses them entirely.

I've had some bad experiences with getting blood drawn but Jocelyn gets 5 stars. She made it easy, painless and was great to talk to the entire time.

What a lack of professionalism, all the offices have a terrible rating and I see why, they have a phone number where they are only automated questions, they do not have a customer service option, only 4 test options and if, like me, it is ignored What kind of exam is the Doctor ordering? There is no way of knowing what time I have an appointment, or if I have one, I only know that they sent me to your office and I have no way of communicating with you. What a terrible service.
