My daughter is 12 and she loved it. The staff is very friendly and its a very welcoming place. The 3 stars is only because itd half of what i grew up with: Barely any guy clothes. They said everything is gender neutral now. Which i get but i dont like the lightweight tight pants. They're mostly a few pants, skirts, mostly shirt, body jewelry, and Anime. Im biased cause i havent been here in probaby 16 years. So i loved the outfits, comics, cds, jewelry. And accessories they had.
