I moved into the Federal blvd location 7/1/22 & everything was great. The young lady at the counter was courteous & polite & had a sense of humor which is awesome & not something a lot of people in her position have with dealing with customers. I will say I was very upset about the advertised free gas & use of their truck/van to move in. Come to find out since this location is understaffed & they do not have enough employees working there that the free truck use is actually $75 up front of which you get back $50 of making the advertised free truck use $25 w/free gas & you only get 20miles for free. The $25 truck rental fee is still better then going through u-haul, but feel they should not be advertising the free use of a truck rental if they have restrictions that it's only free when they are properly staffed. That $25 was not budgeted for my move & caused a financial hardship as being on a low fixed income, every penny has to be budgeted for which I now have to adjust my weekly grocery budget to cover the advertised free truck. Besides that issue everything went smooth, but still fell they are falsely advertising the truck use reguardless of the * saying call location for restrictions & details. The free truck use was my deciding factor & had no choice but to keep this location as I had to mive in that day. Hope this helps.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. 1 star is still to much for the distress this place has caused our family. Our big tex trailer was stolen from here! We paid for a parking spot at this facility StorAmerica on federal blvd. We had our trailer there several years! Well in December my dad put things in the trailer including hundreds of dollars worth of tools and a aluminum boat. Skip to mid January and we receive a letter from a tow company saying they have the boat and boat trailer well we went to the storage place and nothing is there and the attendent said they DID NOT have footage and that there is NOTHING They can do for us!!! They said they would call us if they find anything well we haven't heard from them and it's February. We got stuck with the tow fees from where our boat was dumped over $1000 Nothing else has been recoverd What is this company doing 🤔 just taking people's money and not providing service just don't keep your stuff here its a joke and guarantee that if you put anything of value here it will get stolen and they won't even do anything about it.

If you are looking for people to answer the phone and the office to be open.... NOPE, NOPE, NOPE! Very frustrating trying to get into my unit, it was actually a horrible experience of coming to the office 4 times and it being closed. I paid a week in advance and trying to get a key to my unit was nothing less than pulling teeth, Horrific! Thankful for Daniel who was a rock star and actually provided great customer service. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was waiting in the parking lot for hours, w/my help of $50 an hour and a rental truck (the one advertised was in the shop!) to get into my unit and during that time encountered 8 other desperate people that were being evicted, had to pay their bill and or needed access to their unit with NO ONE TO HELP. I tried calling other locations for help but NO answer! One guy actually said that he had been working w this place for 6 years and it has gone down hill w angry tenants constantly. They did credit me my 1st month but the nightmare continued after we finally got our unit # and key, with my lock to my unit being jacked up! I wasn't informed that I needed a lock and Daniel informed me to get one. I got a small circular lock that got jammed on a screwed up unit door. We found the maintenance guy and he was a life saver and helped fix the problem. It goes on and on.... beware. Moving here from Temecula, I know this would never be allowed in Temecula... honestly disturbed about the entire 4 day ordeal.

I actually don't like this place but it was the cheapest I found so I guess you get what you pay for. I don't like the wooden floors in the hallways. I don't like that I have no light inside my storage. Lastly my storage has so much dust I cant breath well when I'm inside. I tried to sweep it up but made it worse and started chocking from so much dust. To top it off I wasn't aware that this location on Federal Blvd is closing in about six months. If I would've known that I wouldn't of came here, I'm not trying to do this moving again, but I guess I'm gonna have to.
