Signed up for Auto Insurance Jan 4, got a quote from Mike Hall's office (via Chris Williams), accepted the quote, even paid in full the 6 month premium, and cancelled my other insurance carrier. 5 days later I get bill for more money due, stating my premium is actually higher than Chris quoted (and which I already paid). Upon contacting Chris Williams for an explanation, he indicated a hit on my DMV record from months ago, didn't show up when he quoted me the lower price. They don't know why it didn't show up when they quoted my price. They insist they can't do anything about it. I feel like this was a bait and switch scam to get me to switch companies at a lower price only to have the price immediately hiked due to some glitch on their side. Very dissatisfied customer.
