Called Ambrosia and asked if the king cakes have bavarian cream piped in the cake or is it in the doe. She said in the doe. I asked if I could get one with the cream piped in like a cream donut and she said no they dont make them like that. Why?

I am sorry they must have missunderstood the question. We do have the filling put on the inside of the cake. It is rolled up then baked. Hope this helps! :)
