After waiting only moments for the staff to finish up with the customers that came in ahead of me, I was promptly helped by the bike mechanic with an issue I had regarding a crank set I just bought. Turned out to be user error and after he set me up I graciously thanked him and went on my way to take care of installing the cranks. But not before a brief survey of their stock on hand; they seem to have an excellent selection of bikes, parts, accessories, tools, apparel, helmets, locks, you name it. Some other customers were test riding a bike in the alley behind the store, another set of customers were getting an awesome looking ebike serviced. This was a great experience for me and I will be back! Thanks Safety Cycle!

I’ve had the great fortune of discovering Safety Cycle 10 years ago. They were a top notch shop then and continue to provide amazing products. They have master-level bike knowledge and wrenching skills for mountain bikers, roadies, and ebikers. Song (one of the owners) and Francisco (literally the best mechanic in the city and master level mountain biker) are two of the best mechanics the city has ever known. I’ve been to quite a few bike shops. Their know how and wrench skills are unmatched. Eric is the other owner and will always give you the best prices for the brands they offer. Thanks to them, I am still an avid mountain biker and home mechanic now. They have also given me great deals on my family’s bikes. Safety Cycle will not disappoint. They have the most reasonable prices for bike services/labor-both big and small jobs. They can’t be beat.

This was my first time buying a bike in YEARS and my first E-Bike at that. I had done some research online and was prepared to spend a good amount of money on one, but was surprised by how much I saved. Their associate Daniel helped me, and on top of being fun to talk to, really took the time to make sure the bike fit my life needs. I even got to test it out before I purchased it.
