Very rude and ignorant customer servive. Walked in to return a tool that was non operable.Before i could explain i bought the tool the day before and just wanted to exchange , a woman at the counter who turned out to be the manager Tameka, accused me of trying to use the tool and return it.All i wanted was a working tool i paid for.The tool sparked right of the box and never used once.Very rude over a 40.00 tool.Will never use L L flooring again with this customer service from a manager.

The staff was nice and helpful, but when I received my palate of wood laminate flooring for three room, each box had a huge sticker on each box, saying sold "As is, no warranty, did not satisfy inspection. Every box - disconcerting. Extra annoying was that I paid full price on the flooring, despite the fact every other type of that brand was on sale, so I paid more than the normal rate for a floor basically marked as defective. One box was damaged in delivery and noted by the driver. I went ahead and kept and installed the wood, but I was quite annoyed when they would not even give me a refund for the box of damaged flooring, which was unused, saying they would only exchange it for a new box, despite not being needed by me. Particularly annoying given I accepted the entire shipment when I could have rejected it as there was no advance notice of the "as is" label and the concerns it raised. Very poor customer service at the end.

I have been going to this Lumber Liquidators location in Murrieta for a little while now and each time, I am pleased with the services provided. These two ladies are knowledgeable, professional. productive and exceed expectations every trip. There are times that I spend extended time in the store trying to make a decision and no matter how long I am in there they still manage to be be courteous and helpful. They are able to articulate their thoughts and make suggestions based on your vision. My most recent visit ended with me getting vinyl flooring in which I absolutely enjoy (photos coming soon). Good employees/managers and products. I'll absolutely return again and recommend to others.

After visiting another local flooring store that shall not be named, I had extremely low expectations at this store. I needed to order a specific color of wood from a sample I received from that other store and Janel and Clarice at Lumber Liquidators were not only able to perfectly match the color and wood but I was able to purchase it same day! They made the entire process so easy, I am just blown away I didn't make their store my first stop. They really could have saved me a lot of time and aggravation! Thank you so much ladies!!
