They don’t do anything about noise complaints the neighbors on all sides are loud every day they where yelling and stomping and playing loud music but still nothing has been done. We think that’s the reason it became available and we have emailed them multiple times and told them how loud the neighbors are even the last apartment that cost way less had more quiet neighbors.

I became a month to month tenant in June this year and management also corporate makes sure I’m aware of it... My freezer has been broken since mid June and has not been replaced, management continues to say order is on back order (5months) so i called corporate and they told me they will not do anything about it but in the mean time my rent has been raised 3times but still can’t get a fully working appliance!!!

My husband and I needed to downsize and find a place that does not have any steps. We are in a patio apartment and only need to walk about 20 steps to our vehicles. We love it here. Staff is always very helpful and friendly--the location is perfect for our needs, and we love the view.

I have lived here a year and a half now and am extremely happy with my apartment. The staff were very helpful in placing me in the best location for what I need now and for years to come. I love the fact that I can plant a flower garden by my patio so that time spent outside is so enjoyable. The staff are very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Pointe to my family and friends.
