Waterstone maintenances is good, no bugs, good inspections, safe. But one thing that is really ridiculous is they keep the heat on in entire April when outside is 80F, the heat is still on. No way to turn off the heat by myself. Have to turn on fans and air conditioning to cool down against the heat which is wasting resources and money.

Just bought by a new company and i. The month that they have been there there is trash everywhere. The hallways look a complete mess. At least PLK kept the hallways and steps clean. We pay $1000 to live in an apartment and I should not see any trash or nasty hallways everyday. I even called about throw up all over the steps and it is still there 2 weeks later. I very disappointed with WATERSTONE right now.

The leasing staff is very nice and always friendly. Maintenance is also nice. My family enjoys the community activities. The price, location are great and community is very quiet which is a plus!! I enjoy living here.

This complex has caught fire twice, that I am aware of, since I have lived here. Two different buildings have been affected. I have lived here for a little over a year, and was woken up in the middle of the night by firetrucks and my building filling with smoke. Luckily, we all got out, and no one was injured, as far as I know. They said it was an electrical fire spreading through the walls. The staff are very nice and helpful, they always respond to maintenance requests promptly. They are upfront about changes, and will work with you on payment. But the buildings are old and they seem prone to fire. I might recommend a newer building run by PLK.
