America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have always used America's Best for my vision needs wherever I move to, or even if I'm traveling and need a contact due to losing one. Even while I was in the Navy having them mail me contacts was great. But this location seems do drop the standards. I felt like I was not heard when explaining issues I had with my contact prescription, I felt rushed during the exam which makes me feel like my prescription isn't correct. I got my prescriptions printed out though so I guess I can take them somewhere else and hopefully they can use them as a starting point so I can start seeing clearly and with confidence.

I’ve been going to this eye doctor since I was a kid, this location is the best. There’s an older lady with Snow White hair that works there, I think her name is Judy? She’s literally the sweetest soul. I’ve been coming back to this location since I met her. She’s always helped me out with prices and cute frames. Everyone that works here is lovely but Judy is the sunshine in that store. DEFINITELY stop at this one instead of the Gresham location ❤️

Was not expecting to get a pair of glasses on the same day! We've been customers here for a bit now, and my brother had broken frames and needed a new one. Luckily they had the frame and got it replaced right away! Judy and Mike helped us today, Mike adjusted all 3 of our glasses and we like his sense of humor! Everyone we talked to was nice and helpful; receptionist even suggested another place (that didn't end up working out for us anyway) in order to help my brother get glasses asap!

I got an eye exam and at the end they told me I would be called and could come in and pick up my contacts in a week or two. So after 2 weeks I call and a woman tells me she will call me back and let me know how much longer it will be. I never got a call so I call again 3 weeks after my exam and this time ask for a manager who seemed very annoyed and told me he will personally call me when they are ready for pick up I mentioned that it seems like it's been a long time and he said well it always takes long. And so I wait another week and then I call again and all of a sudden my contacts are ready to be picked up they tell me a need an appointment because it's my first time using contacts and the man told me no sorry were booked for today. I have never recieved a call from them about my contacts I wonder how long they have been waiting ready for me
