I am a 64 year old female who has battled spider veins on my face for years. I have had many ipl laser treatments in the past. I thought I would try this business. The price was an exorbitant $500.00. I was told it was a new state of the art machine. Went into see, first name starts with J. I had no makeup on and photos were taken with a camera and flash. Not good to use a flash as the spider veins can be washed out and not visible. No up close photos were taken. Had the procedure. It lasted maybe 20 minutes at most. She kept checking machine and asking me if I was ok. No pain whatsoever. Immediately after, she applied a tinted sunscreen. I could not tell if the veins were removed or less in appearance. I called a few days later to advise they were all still there and I threw away $500.00. J kept making up excuses about the laser regeneration etc. and I didn’t want to hear it. I told her I was going to hang up and leave a bad review. She talked me into another laser for a “spot “ treatment. Much less expensive, $75.00 for my nose. The appointment was a week later. Again, no results. The worst part and extremely humiliating to me was she had Dr. Johnson come in and tell me he didn’t like his techs ‘“chewed out” on the phone. He told me I was not getting my money back and showed me the photos. I never asked for my money back. I felt like a school child in the principals office. I asked J how I “chewed her out?” after the doctor left the room. . She replied when I said I wanted to hang up and leave a negative review. “It was not nice, she said”. Well I gave them two chances and will never be back. There is absolutely no customer service and they are only concerned about taking peoples hard earned money.

Dr Johnson and his staff have been nothing short of incredible. Very informative and professional. They answer all your questions but don't pressure you. Highly recommend for any procedure you may be looking to have done. If I could give 20 stars I would.

I have been going here for about 9 years. I’ve had a ton of procedures and have been so happy with my result. Especially my Restylane injection I received on my Birthday. I absolutely enjoy everyone in the office. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The office is very medically professional. They’re there to help you feel better about your self not just to inflate their wallets. This place is amazing #1 place in Idaho and Washington!!!
