Didn't work out for me. Scheduled an appt over a month out (scheduled in middle of April)... figure ok I can wait. Then get a call a few weeks later saying Dr wont be in that day, he is going to a conference... would I like to reschedule in july or have a remote eye appointment... NOPE. I'll find somewhere else, not a good way to do business.

These people are the most professional and also kindest people I have ever ordered glasses from. Tyler made sure to get me not only the best deal, but sold me on a new pair of frames that my insurance completely covered the cost on, when I thought I was going to save money by just getting new lenses for my old frames! Brilliant crew, will always go back to them!

Was greeted with "let's get this over with so I can go home" as I walked in for my appointment. They were clearly rushing to get me out of there. My appointment was at 4:45, and the hours stated they closed at 6. I did not have an unreasonably late appointment. The doctor was great and the only person not rushing to get the last customers out. The other positive thing was that I didn't have to wait around for a long time since they were in such a big hurry. I've gone to other America's best locations and never had a bad experience until I went here. Just grateful that they printed off my prescription so I can get some glasses somewhere else.
