I would have given this place 0 stars if that was an option. My pedicure appointment was at 3:30. At 4:10 someone finally came over to begin my pedicure. She sanded the top of my toes which was weird, then begin working on a "walk-in" client and left me waiting again. At 4:30 she rubbed lotion on my legs then immediately wiped it off and started to leave again. This time I told her "no" she needed to finish my pedicure. So she proceeded with polish and was finished. No foot massage, no filing, she didn't even push back cuticles, just painted over them. Total time working on my feet was 10 minutes and I was there 1 hour and 20 minutes. Is was basically a $30 polish change.

Worst pedicure ever! I almost told the two ladies that walked in after me to RUN! I hope their experience wasn't as painful as mine. Super rude ladies working there made fun of everyone that didn't want to pay extra for special services. They would mimic people and laugh. I can't understand their language but mimicking and laughing is a universal language and it was blatantly obvious. I could go on with all the reasons my experience was so bad, but I honestly believe that the owners won't care. I tried to tell them before I left and they acted like they couldn't understand me but I know they could!

Really disappointed with service. Nails were supposed to be coffin shaped and I got these. My thumbs are completely uneven and there are chunks of polish underneath them. Employee was rude and rough with my hands. Instead of asking me nicely to hold them in a certain position she just smacked them. Overall really sad for quality of work for $50.
