T is a very nice woman! Fun and listens! I am very picky about the way I like my nails done.She "nailed it". I will be recommending her businesses to all! The sweets Frozen yogurt place next door is also a must stop in place as well . Very clean and organized .

My experience at New Nails was...unfortunately not GOOD! Not once but 3 times!!! I had my own bad customer service but, when my sister came out from another state and I took her here to have a Pedicure..ON HER BIRTHDAY!!!.OH NO, THEY DID NOT...not only did the Pedicure attendee cut a tip of her skin off,, she CUT her Big Toe Nails different...one slanted dramatically down on the right!!! Very Rude Owner...I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

"T" is absolutely amazing. We've been seeing her for about a year now and have always left happy. She does awesome work and is fantastic at lots of different designs. She's also really fun to talk to. There are a zillion colors and types of nail color to choose from also. Some people have complained about not being able to walk in, but when she says she's booked it's because she really is. Me and my ladies always book our next appointment ahead of time while we're at our current one to make sure we get seen when we'd like. I've personally seen her schedule and it's usually chock-full. It may be inconvenient for some to book ahead instead of just walking in, but at least she isn't making you wait an hour while she finishes up another client, or has taken a walk-in when you've made an appointment like other nail salons are in the habit of doing.

This is one of my favorite nail places. I love coming here. The girls are amazing. They do a lot of different nail types and are always ready to try new things. They have a huge variety of colors, and it's not hoably expensive, while at the same time they also do an amazing job. Verry happy with the results every tume.
