I did order for curbside pickup. After being placed on hold for over 15 minutes I went inside and the line was way behind the counter/ railing and there was only 1 person available to help. The poor girl looked overwhelmed and just smiled and I felt so sorry for her.... I'm sure there was somebody else but nobody was up front supporting her! You find that a lot now anywhere.

I had Bree assist me today, from face cerum to make up and powder. I really appreciate her taking the time to answer all my questions. I always order online and do deliver or store pick up ever since and this is my first time browsing inside the store so I'm not really familiar with where everything is. Every is so nice but Bree stands out with her willingness to help. She's very knowledgeable and very friendly and have such beautiful smile.

They had great customer service when I went in I asked specifically for mascara that would lengthen my lashes and the gal found some for me that comes in a travel size so I can try it and don't have to buy a full bottle of it also asked for a lipstick or a lip gloss that would actually stay on my lips and not go on everything else that I like drink or my vape and I found this it works really well as long as you let it dry if you touch it before it's dry then it comes off it also comes with a gloss that you can put on if you choose to if you don't use the gloss then it's matte... found some spray to help my makeup stay on supposedly for 16 hours we will see how that goes

Cant find a decent waterproof mascara. They are great on returns!
