I brought in a dead 23-year-old Oreck vacuum. David quickly checked at the counter a few things and then promptly checked it in. He called less than 24 hours with the prognosis of a dead motor. He recommended replacement over the repair and offered to recycle and dispose of the vacuum. The service is excellent.

I recently came to this store to purchase a new vacuum. The owner, Rob, took time to explain the different models available and the pros and cons of each vacuum. I left the store feeling confident that I had made the correct purchase to suit my needs perfectly. I have since tried my new vacuum. It fluffs and deeply cleans my older carpet, yet is light-weight enough to handle easily. Come here if you want great customer service and a good quality vacuum.

I was very happy with their service here. I had went to another shop and brought the brush head of my mom's shark canister vacuum in to be fixed. They looked at it and said that they couldn't do anything. I thought I would I would try one more time at this store. They gave me a cap price and said they will try fix it. If they couldn't or it would cost more than the price they gave me then they would call. I instead got a call that it was fixed a day later. I was so happy! They were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Spokane Vacuum Center to anyone. Thank you again Spokane Vacuum Center!
