I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and checked in. 5 minutes later my name was called and I was brought back! I was taken back to the exam room and the nurse went through the normal questions, and Dr. Brown came in right as she finished. NO WAIT!!! Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in about 25 minutes total. The check in and scheduling staff were super friendly, especially Tanya, she was amazing! Have never had a medical visit this efficient and thorough.

I had a referral from my Doctor and it was approved through my insurance. When the clinic didn't call, I called them. They stated even though the referral was approved, I couldn't make an appointment until they had the referral "on her desk". I waited 1 month for them to call. When nobody did, I called and left a message. Nobody returned my call. I called back 4 days later and left another message. Someone finally called me back and informed me the Doctor I was suppose to see had left the clinic and I would need another referral. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I decided to go to a different clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Amanda for a few years. She corrected my initial skin rash in very short order and it has never come back. She also has given excellent advice and is a very valuable portion of the medical advice I accept. The staff has also been very kind every time I have visited.
