I've been a customer for three years since I moved into an apartment from a house. My apartment is only two blocks away, which makes my storage unit very convenient. I couldn't imagine renting storage space anywhere else. The grounds and spaces are always very clean and well-maintained and snow is removed in the winter. I always enjoy chatting with Janis every month when I stop in the office to pay my rent. While very professional, she takes a personal interest in the customer. She remembers customers' names and unit number and she always inquires about whatever has been going on in their lives. She really offered genuine words of encouragement while I went thru two surgeries for cancer. I'm not just a customer who writes checks each month! She really epitomizes customer service, so scarce these days when too many service employees act like they are doing you a big favor by even paying any attention to you.

Hello Joshua. The gate hours are designed for the safety and security of your personal property. I see on camera that you were indeed locked in after hours. We have call center agents available to assist you. If you call the rental office, on the 4th ring, the call will route to our call center agents who can alert management, the fire department or police department if you are locked inside the gates.

We have pest and rodent prevention procedures in place. Our cleaning regimen includes regular cleaning for all high-touch, high-traffic areas, increased disinfectant use for common surfaces, and directives for mask use, social distancing and employee wellness.

No, you can purchase locks in the office. If you choose to provide your own lock, a high-security disc (or round) lock is highly recommended.

Yes, we have a wide range of packing supplies such as boxes, including wardrobe and other specialty items, tape, padding, mattress bags and more.

Yes, we have dollies and large flat handcarts available to borrow while at the facility to make getting to your unit much easier.

Insuring your stored property is a requirement; however you are not required to fulfill that requirement by paying for property protection at the storage facility. You can use your own homeowners insurance or renters insurance as long as it covers property stored away from the insured premises. You'll need to provide proof of coverage. You'll be required to use the protection plan offer by the storage facility until you do.

We do however have available storage units that can potentially accommodate your Sprinter Van.
