2 years ago at camp Easton they ran out of the hoodie my step son wanted, the animal cos play player said "if you really want one, you can charge now on credit card and we'll ship it to you." Never received said hoodie, after 3 months we called and were told direct every compliment, complaint, or questions to The Boy Scout Store. I did they said they had numerous complaints already but the manager or director would have to address it but he was out of town. Every time I called I just got the run of the mill run around. Reason for writing now just saw an idiotic thing where Oregon is allowing female boy scouts. And every time I see anything boyscout related I get reminded of that incident and feel used and ripped off all over again.
