Had some issues with my reservation at first but Javier worked his magic and got it all sorted and was absolutely awesome gave me an up grade bc of confusion and gave a few more deals its a smaller enterprise so i would suggest a reservation but overall great experience.

Just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Imagine my surprise when I booked a car early this morning through the USAA app and arrived at Enterprise to find out they don’t take same day reservations at all right now. Oh, they will let you book them and you will get a confirmation, but they don’t necessarily have a car for you. When I expressed an ounce of frustration about this business practice to Javier behind the counter, he told me outright “well I was going to help you out, but now I’m not.” I guess women just supposed to be HAPPY when they spend money on a Lyft to get an emergency rental car to get their kid to the doctor for an X-ray? I have never gone from disgusted at a business to disgusted with a person’s callousness so fast in my life. Javier laughed at me in the parking lot while I was upset on the phone with Enterpise customer service, and the manager never came out to talk to me at all - and it turns out he was standing next to Javier the whole time, so apparently this is standard practice for this Enterprise location. Nice job guys. This year hasn’t been hard enough on everyone, you have to include treating people who need help like dirt, too.

I only have to rent a car when insurance pays to fix mine, and I'm always glad it's Enterprise. They are so helpful and make the entire process quick and easy. I always allot myself extra time just in case and I never need it because it rarely takes more than 5 minutes. These guys seem to enjoy their jobs

They also have a really great app you can use. Also prices ate effected by the demand of rentals in the area. For example, if you are renting for an event weekend like hoopfest, rent early cuz its more expensive the closer to the event it is

They have a variety of vehicles. All newish. Good people there.
