Had to make a return on a broken item that did not satisfy advertised performance. I fully expected to be questioned on the who/what/when/where/why/how about the circumstances. I had all my documentation ready and when I got to the counter, Kathleen (sp?) handled my return in less than 3 minutes. While handling this, she was also helping other cashiers/clerks with their concerns and appeared to have her finger on every aspect of what was going on. Phenomenal employee, made an expected difficult return in to a speedy, easy process that left me pleased, ready, and even excited to return for more business.

Bought a stove, microwave and fridge…stove arrived with huge dent, fridge arrived over a week later and 3rd-party installer was unable to connect water line and said we needed a plumber to come out as he was unable to completely turn off water. The plumber arrived 5 days later and installed a basic water valve and then 2 days later another installer arrived to connect the fridge to water line but was unable to because the plumber didn’t install the correct water valve-he said he installed a washing machine water valve. So we are now waiting for a plumber to be dispatched back to my home. I am very disappointed in Home Depot as they have not been able/willing to assist in any of these issues. I will not purchase appliances from them again. Buyer Beware!

Yes Sir, but make sure it's the one you want before they leave. A friend just had just had a problem with them delivering his Aunt the wrong dishwasher, and they delivered and installed hers in someone else's house. They finally got the correct one to her a few days later. Although I get it that mistakes happen.

I tried to buy a mower from Home Depot they told me I had to get a Home Depot credit card to buy the lawn mower you cannot make payments on it you have to have the credit card so you have to apply for the credit card from Home Depot good luck

It depends on what kind of 3/4 plywood you want. There are different grades of smoothness on the wood from A- D. So there is a cd which is for floors and an A b which is for cabinet making. And a few other combination of finish. They are all n on their website and you can find the price there.

Things depend on how you measure your window. Inside the frame or on the facing of the window frame. Sounds like you are working from the facing.
Not sure about over night parking at any store. Most stores have security policies and patrols after hours which could lead to your vehicle being ticketed or towed.
