Hello Benjamin, We do not have a steam room. All Tampa Y members have unlimited access to all 13 locations--if you're in downtown Tampa at any point, you are welcome to use the dry sauna! The Downtown Tampa Y has a dry sauna in the men's and women's locker rooms.

Owner reply is best taken in the matter of fees. I suggest following the link she provided. Ryan is the membership manager at the Zephyrhills location. I suggest visiting location, take the free tour, and fill an application for membership to find out the best possible price for what you want to get from your membership. The staff is friendly and you are under no obligation. Unless you visit and know that the YMCA is the best fitness brand you need, you would not be able to make the best decision for yourself. There are other fitness places for less, but not with all the activities and family environment such as in the YMCA.

Hi Rebecca, We do not offer parenting classes. We offer childcare (called Stay & Play) for members while you workout and various family activities throughout the month.

It would seem that a prescription would require a listed insurance provider, that should be available to you as a patient. I recommend that this would be your first stop. The type and cost of care, should both be considered. Medical PT providers, if with an Rx ought to be best coordinating with your doctor, and may be covered by your insurance (fully or partially). Otherwise, the East Pasco YMCA, is nice, good, family environment that good be a regular good place for physical workouts and personal training.
