Will and his team are total professionals. They are trustworthy and really understand customer service. I had a computer, printer, audio receiver and some hard drives to dispose of and they were great. There's a designated parking spot right out front on 16th street, so it's super convenient.

Went there today and they charged $1 per pound (in the past I wasn't charged). Totally fine with me and I'll go there again because it's convenient and I trust them but wanted people to know it's apparently no longer free (though still worth this price for me). I brought in two laptops (they were free) and a small printer and answering machine.

I've used a couple different recycling companies in the past 10 years I've been in the bay. This has been the most positive experience I've had yet. Website is easy to navigate, they're flexible with pick-up times, respond within the day to emails, and the person who dropped by to pick up was right on time and really helpful. He even took a small chair off my hands that I had forgot to include in the order, no charge! I really appreciate the timeliness and flexibility. Definitely will be using these guys again.

Was able to drop off a bunch of stuff for free including laptop, cell phones, DVD player, cables, portable speaker. It was quick and easy, no complaints, really. Their site said you'd have to pay for things like DVD players, so I was surprised not to be asked about it. I'm wondering what else they might take for free that is listed differently on the site.
