This place used to be good pre Covid but lately it has just been so disappointing! I went a few months ago and the lady drilling the dip off my nails burned through my nail and it hurt so bad. My nail took forever to go back to normal. Then, i got a dip manicure yesterday before a big vacation and not only was it the wrong color but she literally painted my skin lol. Just awful. Now i have to find a salon to take it off and pay - again to get my nails done. So sad. Attached are pictures.

Kim took her time to do and shape my acrylic nails and when I wasn’t completely happy, she took her time to reshape them. She then took immense amount of time to perfect the design I had shown her only 5 minutes before. This place is unbelievably clean, fast, and worth every penny spent.

I asked for one color and they put another color, when I asked why she did so she just stopped doing my nails half way. Very disappointed with their behavior, all the staff were rude. Going home with half nails done and half nails not.

Absolutely the best in Columbus hands down!! Nick is professional, wonderfully kind & polite, clean, understands “perfect” nails . After I found him I would never go anyplace else. Fabulous! Save yourself time shopping around….. just go to A+ Nails & you’ll be happy forever.
